I am a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey who works with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. I work to meet each person where they are in an inclusive, accessible, and supportive way. I have extensive experience with families and children in crisis. I primarily use a person-centered approach to let each person lead the therapeutic process, but include many techniques and approaches to best meet the needs of each person. I have been a client too, so I know therapy can be hard work and scary at first, but also, can bring profound relief and change, and one of the best things we can do for ourselves.
